Based in Orange, NSW, Fresh Fodder is a growing, proud and family owned producer of hand crafted dips, salads and sauces. The Fresh Fodder philosophy is to produce a great product that exhibits wonderful flavours and represents good value for money. The Fresh Fodder products are versatile and are a popular purchase for entertaining, cooking a meal with plenty of flavour or simply grazing. A clear customer favourite is the Taramosalata- “The Gangster Dip”, which people have been known to travel far and wide just to buy!

THE ROLE

Our passionate team are seeking a Territory Manager to cover the Sydney region . This role will be based from your home, with flexible hours. The role’s core responsibilities are to:

               

·         maintain and expand relationships with existing customers

·         proactively seek new opportunities to sell our products

·         create a structured sales strategy and drive the actions and activities

·         anticipate customer needs

·         manage promotional activities with customers

·         respond to customer needs and enquiries promptly

·         be proactive in understanding and managing competitor information

·         manage the budget for your territory

YOU

Reporting to the CEO, our successful candidate has:

·         at least 3 years demonstrated experience in a business growth role and a passion for food

·         preferably worked in the food industry

·         lived in Sydney for an extended period of time

·         a driver’s licence

·         excellent presentation and a knack for building relationships

·         concise communication skills with the ability to ask the right questions and set clear expectations

·         strong planning and prioritisation skills

·         demonstrated experience in budget management

·         a proven track record in being able to plan objectives and facilitate necessary actions

·         a proven ability to think laterally with a focus on solutions

·         competent computer skills

·         self- drive

·         a positive and fun attitude

·         a flexible approach

·         a tertiary qualification (desirable, not essential)

You will be the face of our brand in Sydney with an opportunity to significantly develop our presence. This role offers the opportunity to work flexible hours, based from your home. You will be a part of a young, vibrant, growing business and there will be regular contact and support from our team. This role covers our Sydney region with some quarterly travel required to regional New South Wales and to head office in Orange.
